Meet the founder
I’m Benonica Mirea Angelova, founder of Helpino, an executive leader, people manager, mentor, coach, author and leadership development practitioner based in the Netherlands.
For more than two decades, I have worked across customer operations, learning and development, quality, vendor management, change management and business transformation. I have led global programmes in locations around the world, managed teams and partners, coached leaders and built systems that had to deliver under real organisational pressure.
With a BA in Communication Science and an MBA, my work combines operating experience with research into how people make decisions, develop as leaders and adapt to change.
My published work and original frameworks explore decision velocity, vertical development, change leadership, operational improvement and responsible AI. These ideas shape every Helpino operating system.
My career has taken me through many of the transitions Helpino supports: stepping into leadership, building teams, making difficult decisions, navigating change, developing others and repeatedly asking what meaningful growth should look like next.
Why I created Helpino
Career-defining moments rarely arrive with clear instructions.
People receive plenty of advice, but very few practical tools for applying it. A new manager may be told to delegate without being shown how. A professional considering a career change may be told to follow their passion without a reliable way to assess the risk. A leader may be expected to make better decisions without a structure for challenging assumptions.
I created Helpino to close that gap.
