Digital product licence

What you may do

When you purchase a Helpino product, you may use it personally and within your own organisation, adapt templates for your own internal work, print copies for your own use, and store copies for your own future reference.

What you may not do

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute Helpino files, in original or adapted form.
• Publish Helpino files publicly, including on websites or social media.
• Share download links with anyone who has not purchased the product.
• Use Helpino files in paid training or client deliverables sold or presented as your own.
• Upload Helpino files to public repositories, forums or template marketplaces.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Helpino products remain with Helpino. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it under these terms; it does not transfer ownership.

Team use

If more than one person on a team will use a Helpino product, each team using it requires its own purchase.

Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. Helpino may also terminate the licence for breach by giving notice.
