Our products
Helpino products are downloadable digital files, including templates, worksheets, trackers and guides. No physical goods are shipped.
Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery
After purchase, you receive a secure download link by email so you can access your files immediately.
Licence
Your use of Helpino files is governed by our digital product licence.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, our refund policy explains when a refund is available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Helpino website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use our products in a way that breaches the digital product licence.
