Refund policy for digital products

Immediate delivery and withdrawal rights
Helpino products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, so you can start using them right away. Under EU consumer law, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium is waived once delivery begins, and you confirm your agreement to this at checkout before completing your purchase.
Corrupted, missing or unusable files
If a file is corrupted, missing from your order, or cannot be downloaded, contact us and we will fix or resend the file so you can access your purchase correctly.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product, or made a purchase by mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can review your order and resolve it.
